at eight years old I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist.

at eight years old I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist.

From an early age, watching my aunt use massage therapy to support others in their healing sparked a quiet calling toward this work. Stepping into Solstice Massage & Wellness feels like coming home to a purpose I’ve carried quietly my whole life.


After four knee surgeries ended my competitive sports career, I narrowly avoided death from a car accident shortly thereafter. I spent years recovering with the help of massage, physical therapy and chiropractic care, while learning first-hand how trauma lives in the body. Those experiences shaped not only my healing, but the way I now show up in sessions for my clients.


Whether you are navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, carrying stress, or simply seeking a moment to exhale, I meet you where you are. I would love to welcome you to my table and support you in reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your own capacity to heal.
